Our priority is that you are completely stoked with your purchase. We offer returns, refunds and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not stoked with your purchase please email your sales receipt and order number to: contact@ectohandplanes.com. Or message us via the chat box on this website and we get back to you as soon as we can.

• If you are willing to pay for shipping to return/exchange the item with us - then we are happy to refund the item, or pay for shipping again so you can get the items you need.
• Only possible for unused items with perfect packaging and swing tags.
• All items must be shipped with care well and returned in full condition.
• The return cost of shipping is the full responsibility of the customer.
• Clearance, sale or limited items may not be eligible for returns/refunds.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

• Note: Any items lost in shipping will not be compensated.
• Items shipped without pre-authorization may not be accepted
• Please allow 10 business days for warranty claims to be resolved
